My approach and the word “Hiraeth”

I approach our relationship with intention and curiosity, and I strive to show up as the most authentic version of myself as I can be. The word “Hiraeth” is one that I connected to many years ago and I have read that it loosely translates to missing/yearning for one’s literal or figurative homeland. It is a felt sense I deeply relate to and the clients I often connect with most can also relate to the way this word feels in their life.

“Not every story has a happy ending, ... but the discoveries of science, the teachings of the heart, and the revelations of the soul all assure us that no human being is ever beyond redemption. The possibility of renewal exists so long as life exists. How to support that possibility in others and in ourselves is the ultimate question.”
